Club Penguin Puffle Actions Tab Bug

There's a minor bug with the puffle actions right now on Club Penguin. If you click the heart on your puffles extra actions tab, instead of showing the heart emoticon, it shows the Flashing Camera from the Fashion Festival. The puffle does react normally by snuggling up to you, so it's only a glitch with the emoticon.

Club Penguin Winter Emoticons Are Here!

As promised, the brand new Club Penguin winter emoticons for the Holiday Party 2012 are here. According to a Club Penguin wiki, emoticons/emotes are little faces and symbols that can symbolize how penguins feel. They usually appear in speech bubbles accessed by clicking on the "Emote Menu" or by pressing "E", followed by various keys.

There are only three new emotes. However, two of them are animated! Let's check them out, shall we?

The new emoticons are the Cookie Emote, Frozen Emote, and Falalala Emote. The cookie gets eaten when displayed, and the music notes jingle about, whereas I believe the frozen emote doesn't do anything. Happy Holidays!

Club Penguin Releasing New Emotes Soon

Hello penguins! Due to recent updates and sneak peeks revolving around the world of Club Penguin, a theory has arisen from my mind that tackles the question, will Club Penguin be releasing new emoticons in the near future? I have some evidence to back up my idea, and also some points that you may think are convincing and will contribute to this theory.

Take a look at these images below. They are both pictures that Club Penguin have published with never-before-seen emotes in them.

The first emote is a freezing face emoticon. It was first spotted in the new log out screen. Polo Field answered a penguin on Twitter and said that the emote will only be released during the Holiday Party 2012 as I think that it doesn't really suit any other warm season.

Now, the second emote has not been discussed, however it was revealed by Polo Field in his newest blog post revealing that Coins for Change is approaching as the Holiday season is too. It is a cookie emote, perfect for when you're baking those Christmas cookies on Club Penguin!
