Club Penguin Herbert Mascot Exclusive!

Whilst searching through some Club Penguin files, I came across a code that suggests Herbert P. Bear visiting as a mascot on Club Penguin. He may not be visiting soon as the gift ID has not been set yet. Here's the code:

As you can see, Herbert's name will be: "Herbert P Bear Esquire" on Club Penguin. Here are possible rumours of what he will look like in the game:
