Happy Halloween from Dino Boy7!

Hey there penguins. You may be wondering why this isn't a cheat or something, and I don't usually do these type of posts, but I'm actually here for a quickie post to say Happy Halloween!! Today is one of my favorite holidays. October 31st is the one time of the year where you can dress up in scary costumes and knock on peoples houses for sweets or candy. I know a lot of you guys are going trick or treating in real life, so remember to not go out before it gets too dark and always stay with a parent or guardian.

If you don't celebrate Halloween, you can still dress up on Club Penguin and enjoy the fun party they have brought out.

Club Penguin's Billybob and Happy77 Are Leaving!

Hello penguins. I have some bad news and some good news today. Billybob (Lane Merrifield) and Happy77 are officially leaving Club Penguin. I know they will return to say their final goodbyes but after that they are gone. I'm not too sad actually, I know they both spent a lot of time on Club Penguin and it's time to move on. Lane announced that he was going to work on building some cool stuff for schools and Holly is focusing on raising her children.

The good news? A brand new person is taking Billybob's place online and in the office. His name is Spike Hike (Chris Heatherly) and he has been on Club Penguin since 2007 like me! The new bloggers will be Spike Hike, Polo Field and Businesmoose.

Club Penguin is definitely experiencing a new generation.

Club Penguin Playercard Name Bug

I have noticed a new glitch on Club Penguin. When I opened up my playercard to change my outfit my name wouldn't show up. I tried this multiple times and the same happened each time. I don't know if the servers were lagging or it was to do with my costume but it was weird. Check it out.

On top of that, the membership badge/non-member star wasn't showing either. Why do you think this happened? Leave a comment below!

Club Penguin Fun Stuff Section Bug

Hey everyone! Just to let you know, there's been a couple of bugs with the new Fun Stuff section Club Penguin launched earlier this month. One I have pointed out is that when you browse the wallpapers, there are page numbers from 1 - 6 at the top. Where the numbers 4 and 5 are supposed to be, there's a bunch of random symbols instead.

This is a weird bug. What do you think? Leave any more bugs and your thoughts on this in a response in the comments below.

Club Penguin Celebrates 100th YouTube Video

Club Penguin have reached a milestone on their YouTube channel, 100 videos. To celebrate, they have published at short skit of a staff member performing a magic trick on someone. The effects used in the video may be used in the future on Club Penguin's channel. So, keep an eye out.

Club Penguin New Horizons - Part 1 - A Brief History of Club Penguin

A new video has been made on the official Club Penguin YouTube channel. The three founders of Club Penguin have teamed up and produced a documentary called "New Horizons" a title based of the company that first owned the game, "New Horizon Interactive". The video is basically a brief history of the game. From Experimental Penguins to Penguin Chat 3, and to the Club Penguin we all know and love today. And a sneak peek of the game's future. The video below is Part 1 of the documentary. In this part, they talk about how it started as a chat room and developed into a full MMORPG.


I am absolutely astonished. I knew how Club Penguin began in 2000 and grew from 2004 to 2005 and onward. However, I was amazed to find out this much. I am very eager for Part 2 of New Horizons, and would like to see what Lane (Billybob), Lance (Rsnail), Holly (Happy77), Chris (Screenhog) and Dave (NOT Gizmo) have to show us next. Are you? Club Penguin 7th Anniversary Party 2012 Cheats

Hey penguins, if you didn't know already... tomorrow is Club Penguin's 7th anniversary! They have celebrated a little early in the Coffee Shop (as every year). You can now obtain a BRAND NEW party hat and eat some delicious birthday cake. Happy 7th birthday Club Penguin! Here's how to get the new blue and gold party hat.

1. Waddle over to the Coffee Shop (admire the decorations as much as you want to).
2. Click on the blue and gold hat by the giant cake with a 7 on it.
3. Click the 'Yes' button.

I think that the decorations are simple and not too colorful this year, maybe because of the new redesign the shop got. But it's still wonderful. Here's what the new party hat looks like on your penguin.

Club Penguin Release Gary's New Background

The Halloween Party 2012 is in full swing, which means Gary the Gadget Guy will be waddling around Club Penguin ready for us penguins to meet him. He has a new background that we can collect from him for free as a reward for meeting him Gary's new background for October 2012 is below.

Club Penguin Halloween Scavenger Hunt Cheats 2012

Welcome one and all. The Halloween Party has kick started on the island of Club Penguin, and a brand new ghostly Scavenger Hunt is here. In this scavenger hunt, you will have to retrieve 5 keys from across the Haunted Mansion to complete it. So, without further ado, here is the Club Penguin Halloween Party Scavenger Hunt Cheats 2012.

To begin your hunt, enter the mansion and waddle over to a treasure chest. Click on it.

The first key for the forbidden prize, is hidden right before your eyes...

The second key is rather grave. Check the cemetery if you're brave.

The third key's made of rotten fish. A special dish will grant your wish.

The fourth key's next, so take a look. Your answer lies within a book.

The final key to our little game, is behind a batty picture frame.

Now click on "Unlock Trunk". You will be taken back to the start of the Haunted Mansion, Click on the trunk and you will receive the brand new Ghost Goggles!

Club Penguin Halloween Party Cheats 2012

BOO! Did I scare you? No? Then I know what will... the NEW Club Penguin Halloween Party 2012! It was launched today and for the first time ever we get to become ghosts and search for Gary the Gadget Guy's Great Uncle that went missing. His name is Gariwald VIII. Also, we get to complete a new Scavenger Hunt and visit the Haunted Mansion. There's so much to do at this scary party, so I'm going to give you a full walkthrough of the party, welcome to my Club Penguin Halloween Party Cheats 2012 post.

When you log in to Club Penguin, you will get a note from Gary. Click "I Dare!" and you will now be taken to the Haunted Mansion entrance located at the Forest. Click through the big gates shown below to enter the mansion.

That how to enter the Haunted Mansion at this years Halloween Party. Now on to the Ghost Lab. Follow my instructions below, they'll teach you how to enter.

Wear your Ghost Goggles from this years Scavenger Hunt. You'll need them.

Walk through the left door at the top.

When you enter the next room, click on the blue door. 

When you enter you will receive a special message from Gariwald VIII, Gary's Great Uncle. He is a paranormal penguin expert that went missing in a dreadful accident.

In this room, you can pick up a Ghostmatron background and enter the Ghostmatron machine to turn into a ghost! But before you do that, check out the special Halloween costume catalog.

Club Penguin Pin Cheat - 7th Anniversary Hat Pin

A brand new pin has been released on the spooky island of Club Penguin today. This new pin is the 7th Anniversary Hat Pin, and is located at the Cave Mine.

I think it's weird for Club Penguin to reveal to us what the 7th Anniversary party hat will look like through a pin, but I'm glad they did it! I posted about this a while back, I predicted that the hat will be blue and gold. Guess I was right!

Club Penguin Ghost and Ghost Hunter Meetup 2012

Incase you didn't know, Club Penguin now have a Twitter account. It is updated by a few moderators who inform us about lots of news, sneak peeks, important stuff about CP, and more. Recently, the Twitter account reached 10,000 followers and was verified!. Check it out.

Being verified means you are a real person/company and not an impostor. This now means that @clubpenguin is the real Club Penguin account, so be sure to follow them and not anyone else claiming to be them.

How to Add Any Club Penguin Mascot to your Buddy List

New Club Penguin Logo Released on Website

A stunning new Club Penguin logo has been added to some pages on the official Club Penguin website. It looks shiny and radiant, and definitely much more appealing in my opinion. The page I saw it on was the Membership Cards page, although it could be on some other places by now. Below is the full new Club Penguin Logo.

Club Penguin "Become a Ghost" Feature Revealed

In the latest sneak peek video Club Penguin posted of the Halloween Party, you can see famous moderator Polo Field demonstrate the new feature that will be coming to the party... where you can become a ghost! It's so crazy. Below I have some images of the ghost feature being revealed.

Here is the first one, it is what you will look like when you become a ghost on Club Penguin. You have no feet, and your penguin turns more transparent, kind of like a Ninja.

The second image is of the special move you will be able to do when you are a ghost. It's a bit hard to explain but here it is, quite scary.

Alright, that's all. So I don't know for sure if these features are actually what I called them, but they will be coming in some way to the Club Penguin Halloween Party 2012. I don't know if what I stated in this post can be 100% confirmed, it's just a theory I gathered from the new sneak peek. Thanks for reading, waddle on.

Club Penguin Halloween Party iPad Screen 2012

A new homepage screen has been added to the official Club Penguin iPad website advertising the Halloween Party 2012, which will be released next Thursday (October 18th). It features ghosts and ghost hunters, so check it out.

Remember, there will be lots of new features at this party, so gear up with some creepy costumes. You can buy them in the new October 2012 Penguin Style catalog at the Gift Shop. Waddle on!

Club Penguin New Comment Reply System

With the redesigned Fun Stuff section, Club Penguin have updated their comment system. It's got a much nicer feel to it and you can also reply to penguins comments with your own message. Just go to a comment on a blog post, click the blue "reply" button and type in your reply.

I think this is great, as penguins and moderators can now interact more, and it will be very good for discussing certain topics on any blog post they wish. It will give us the chance to talk more since many messages are filtered through Club Penguin's main chat system on the game.

Club Penguin New Fun Stuff Section Launched

As I said, Club Penguin have completely revamped the Community section and renamed it to Fun Stuff as well as giving it a whole new look and design. The main features are that they have gotten rid of flash and added stunning new features. I'll give you a tour of the new section below.

First we have the new slider, which shows the blog, fan art, fan photos and featured igloos.

Next up comes the stuff to do section. With recipes, arts & crafts, outdoor activities and coloring pages, below that are the wallpapers and comics.

Finally, we have the Penguin Poll. Which asks us what we like most about the new Fun Stuff section!

Well, what DO you think of the new Fun Stuff section? I think it is great. I am impressed with Club Penguin and their awesome skills. I'm sure it will be a big hit. It is much easier to navigate around now!

Club Penguin have released a new coin code to unlock items on the island. This new code unlocks the Bunch of Balloons hand item. As promised, I will provide you with the code along with a full unlocking guide, which can be found below.
