When a new penguin is created, Club Penguin send out emails to the parents of that account. There are two emails that send, one to activate the account, and one to confirm the activation/welcome the penguin. The style of these emails has been changed. They now look more professional than the previous emails and the quality is better, they are also easy to read and instructions are clearer.
