When you log on, you'll see this message from Aunt Arctic, warning you that her bot is scaring citizens at the Dock.
Click "Go there!" and then click on the bot at the Dock.
She will notify you that you need a spelling test to neutralise her bot.
You'll need to go to the school. So first of all, click on your map and head to the Mine.
Then, enter the school. I have outlined it below.
Locate the ghostly spelling test next to the skeleton penguin, and click it.
Now go back to the Dock. You'll see the test tearing apart Aunt Arctic's bot... (weird right?)
Next, you'll see this circuit board. Connect up one end to the other. It'll light up like so:
