When you log on you'll be prompted that the robot is going insane and you will need to stop him.
If you go to the Beach you will be able to see Sensei's bot. Click on him and there'll be a notification alerting you to grab the beard trimmer.
We need to head to the Puffle Spa for this one. Click on your map and head to the Plaza. Once in the Plaza, enter the Puffle Hotel and click on the elevator. Next, click on the gym and spa on the second floor. You will see the clippers towards the right of the screen. Press them.
Go back to the Beach and click the bot. Solve the circuit puzzle, and you can get a beard trimmer hand item. Members can get the head of the wild Sensei bot.
