Club Penguin Times Issue #546 - The Sasquatch Goes Wild!

Written by: || Tags:
Hello everyone, it's a Wednesday, and you know what that means?! The newest edition of the Club Penguin Times is out! The Club Penguin Times is the island's weekly newspaper. This week's issue is the fourteenth issue of 2016 and the 546th issue of all time.

This week's issue is gonna be a big one. We get some information about the Sasquatch from Puffle Handler, which is connected to the upcoming alleged Wilderness Expedition. And for some balance, a silly article from Rookie!

The main article for today is named The Sasquatch Goes Wild! brought to us from PH. In the article, she discusses that, recently, there's been whispering among the puffles in the Wilds. She theorises that the Sasquatch is related to the puffles being very excited by something deep in the Wilds. She finishes her article with "There's an adventure brewin', mates. I can feel it." Thanks for the article, PH! An adventure would be a nice refresher after all the wacky parties recently. And we haven't had one quite like this since 2011.

The support article comes to us from Rookie, entitled Skateboard Races! Rookie has been up to some fun lately on the Island with skateboards. He tells us that he has been racing with other mascots on the Island from the Beach all the way to the Skatepark. The finishing times of Cadence, Rookie, Dot and Gary are given. Gary's timing seems a bit suspicious. But then again, he is a scientist. What can I say?! Rookie seems to be having a lot of great times. I wonder what he'll bring to the table next week!

Island Rumors are back this week. This edition comes to us from Aunt Arctic.

THE STATUE IN THE WILDS

By Aunt Arctic – Ah, that statue has been on my mind a lot lately. I tried to get the story from the puffle creatures, but they have a lot of different legends about it.

Most say it was built by ancient puffles that heard rumors of the penguins on the island. The unicorn puffles say it's just a place for them to pose and look dashing.

But I wonder what else these ancient puffles might have built? If you learn anything, make sure you let me know!

Interesting rumors, Aunt Arctic. Let's make sure that we all tell Aunt Arctic if any new information springs up without her noticing.
