Club Penguin's brand new party has arrived today on the island, the Frozen Fever Party 2016!
This party was officially announced on the official What's New blog on August 2, 2016 in a post made by Megg, who claims the party is making it's return for everyone who missed out on the Frozen Parties of 2014 and 2015.
It is the seventeenth sponsored party Club Penguin is hosting, and the third in the line of Frozen parties. It will be running from today (August 17) until September 28.

When you log in, you will be prompted to open up the Frozen party interface to view all the items available for collection. There are twenty-two items in total, that includes nine non-member items and thirteen member items. I have counted all the igloo furniture items as one item.
The goal of the party is to find all of the hidden snowflakes around the island, there are twenty-one snowflakes in total. They come in clusters of three in each Frozen-decorated room, and for every three snowflakes you pick up, you will be able to get a new item, or two if you're a member. Below I will give you the secret locations of each snowflake cluster.
